About The Shop
Pastry Fusions has been serving the Connecticut Shoreline since 2004. Specializing in wedding cakes, gourmet desserts and traditional Italian Pastry and Cookies, Pastry Fusions offers something for everyone. Pastry Fusions is owned and operated by Frank Apuzzo, who is always creating and experimenting with new desserts for the store and uses only the best quality ingredients.
In order to keep up with the ever changing bakery industry, Pastry Fusions has recently added a small café menu offering a variety of different foods.
During the first year of business, Pastry Fusions competed in the Romance Wedding Cake Competition in the Atlantic City Bakery Expo and received a Silver and Bronze medal in two categories.

Frank Apuzzo is the owner of Pastry Fusions Pastry Shop based in North Branford, Connecticut just a few miles outside of New Haven. Since 1993, Frank has been working in the restaurant industry with a background that includes Italian cooking and baking.
Frank receives a great deal of support from his wife, son and parents as well as other family members who dedicate a lot of time working in the shop.
